UP3 are recruiting a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team. UP3 is a ServiceNow sales and services partner that focuses on helping businesses automate business processes using ServiceNow. They are customer service management application specialists who pride themselves on providing a supportive and collaborative working environment.
The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will document and configure customer requirements, deliver high-quality ServiceNow code and customisation, combine all elements of ServiceNow design and test its performance. They will be involved in all technical aspects of the project including but not limited to creating technical architecture, user interface development and development of the Customer Service Management application. They could also be involved with other areas including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB and Project and some day-to-day administration. They will also be responsible for consulting with clients which will involve conducting workshops and helping to define requirements. The successful applicant will lead a team of junior developers and will be responsible for their ongoing training and development.
The successful ServiceNow Technical Consultant will have the following skills and experience:
• 5 years or more ServiceNow development
• Working in a ServiceNow consultancy
• Managing teams
Candidates must have the following certifications:
• ServiceNow System Administrator
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
CSM Implementation Specialist certification would be advantageous but not essential.
