JOB TITLE: ServiceNow Technical Consultant
LOCATION: Hersham, Surrey
I am recruiting a ServiceNow Technical Consultant for a ServiceNow partner who offer a unique opportunity to specialise in the CSM module of the platform.
The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will document and configure customer requirements, deliver high-quality ServiceNow code and customisation, combine all elements of ServiceNow design and test its performance. They will be involved in all technical aspects of the project including but not limited to creating technical architecture, user interface development and development of the Customer Service Management application. They will also be responsible for consulting with clients which will involve conducting workshops and helping to define requirements. The successful applicant will lead a team of junior developers and will be responsible for their ongoing training and development.
The successful ServiceNow Technical Consultant will have experience developing the platform – this does not have to be the CSM module itself.
